Day to Day Tour Plan

Day 1: Mombasa – Tsavo East Full Day

Pick up from the hotel at around 06.00 am driving along Mombasa Nairobi highway for 100 kms and a stopover for coffee. Proceed for 6 km to Tsavo East (The largest park in Kenya which covers an area of 13,747 km2) and arrive at Bachuma. Begin the game drive en route to Aruba Dam (A water hole where animals come to drink water). Physical attractions include Tsavo River, Yatta Plateau which is 300 km2, Mdanda Rock, Lugard Falls, Voi seasonal River and Aruba Dam. You have also a chance to see animals such as red elephants, rhinos, leopards, cheetah, and giraffes among others. Proceed with the game drive to Voi Safari Lodge or Ashnil Aruba Lodge where you will check in at around 1.00 pm. Have lunch and relax till 4.00 pm after which you will start another game drive till 6.30 pm then back to the lodge for dinner and overnight (Voi Safari Lodge or Ashnil Aruba Lodge).

Day 2: Tsavo East – Mombasa

Wake up at around 05.30 am, have a cup of coffee and start an early morning game drive before breakfast. This time you have a chance of seeing the big cats making their early morning kills, also to be seen early morning are Rhinos as they feed morning hours before the sun get too hot and shelve themselves on the shades, after exploring the park for about 2-3 hours you proceed back to the Lodge for the main breakfast at around 09:30am followed by the last game drive as you head back to Mombasa arriving early afternoon with a drop off to your hotel
