Day to Day Tour Plan

Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu

Samburu National Reserve is a Kenyan less visited Game Reserve and is situated within the Rift Valley. The Reserve Measures approximately 104sq. Km (approx. 65sq. miles) in size, this un fenced Savannah grassland is roughly 350km (217 miles) from Nairobi. It is relatively small in size compared to other Kenyan parks, such as Tsavo but it has more to offer as well as several endangered species. Pick up at 0630am after early breakfast from your hotel or guest house, drive to the rich agricultural area of Mount Kenya region via the famous Pineapple leading company Delmonte, you will also have an opportunity to cross the equator just before you arrive in Famous Nanyuki town for the mountain climbers. Lunch will be in Ibis hotel or similar hotel in Nanyuki as well as short stop over in Nanyuki Nakumatt Shopping mall. After lunch transverse to Isiolo town via Ashers post to arrive in Samburu in the afternoon. Upon arrival check in the Camp and there after proceed for the game drive which will bring you to the elephant bedroom tower. The game drive will run for about 3 hours and there after you will return to the Ashnil Luxury camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Samburu Safari Full Day

The whole day will be spent exploring this amazing game reserve, it gives you the refreshment of your mind as the park is not populated and not many people visits here, we have concentration of the Its home to the big five, Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Leopard, Buffalo, Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, Gravy Zebra, Besia Oryx, Endangered Wild Dog as well as Pun cake Tortoise – Endangered. There are over 450 species of birds identified and aquatic species in the Waso Nyiro River including, vultures, kingfishers, marabous, bateleurs, guinea fowl, Somali ostriches and others. The whole day will be spent exploring the park for the whole day game drive. Dinner and overnight in The Ashnil Luxury Camp

Day 3: Samburu – Tree Tops

After breakfast, depart Samburu for Tree Tops arriving in time for lunch. After lunch lunch you will have a short game drive until the late afternoon when you will return to the Lodge for dinner. On is day you will be able to see the Animals coming at the water whole which makes this lodge to stand out as compared to other lodges in Kenya. Dinner and overnight in Tree Tops Lodge.

Day 4:  Treetops – Naivasha

After breakfast Hotel drive via Nyahururu Falls where you will have a stop over as you take photos for this fall as you take your lunch, after that proceed on to Lake Naivasha which is one of the fresh water lake in Great Rift Valley, on arrival chaeck in the Lodge and then proceed for a walking tour along the lake where you will also have the boat ride which will take you to the hippo pool, you will witness the hippo families groups and then explore the lake for about 1 hour, there after return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge

Day 5: Naivasha – Masai Mara

On this day you will be served with breakfast and then check out the hotel and proceed to Masai mara. The journey normally takes like. 4 hours to get to the lodge and you will arrive in time for lunch. You will be served with Hot lunch which is served in buffet form and you will be able to choose what you like. After lunch you will relax either in your room or at the swimming pool as you await your afternoon game drive. The game drive takes you until 1830hrs when you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Note on this day you will be able to see the most of the big 5 and millions of the wildebeest since at this time it will be the migration season which happens every year from mid June to mid August. Dinner and  overnight in Masai Mara soap Lodge.

Day 6: Masai Mara Full Day

Masai Mara is situated in south-west Kenya and is one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves. Together with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania it forms Africa’s most diverse, incredible and most spectacular Eco-Systems and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing Eco-System. I am sure you have heard the wildebeest migration is nothing short of amazing. It is one of the things you have do add to your bucket list. This will be the full day explore the Masai Mara, breakfast will be served as early as 0730am, then you will packed with picnic lunch since the whole day will be exploring the Masai Mara famous 7th wonders of the World. This game reserve is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. The Mara’s gentle fertile climate bounded by The Rift, offers perhaps the richest stocked reserve set within some 1672 sq km- an unlimited spectacle of wildlife. Located 268 km west of Nairobi, the emphasis here is on game. Herds of immense Elephants, browse among Lion, Buffalo, Thompson Gazelle, Zebra and Topi. You may occasionally sight black Rhino. In the Mara River Hippos play and Cross bask on the banks. The annual migration of a million Wildebeest follows the rains north.After exploring the park return to the Masai Mara Sopa lodge  for dinner and overnight

Day 7: Masai Mara – Amboseli

Wake up call at around 0630am have just a cup of hot coffee and then proceed for the early morning game drive, then proceed for the game drive until 0930am when you will return to the Lodge for the main breakfast. After the breakfast check out the lodge and proceed to Amboseli with lunch on the way, arrive late evening in Amboseli and have a short game drive as you proceed to Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 8:  Amboseli  – Tsavo West

Early morning game drive as early as 0630am, this is a wonderful game drive with the view of the Kilimanjaro, this will give you the exactly African Backdrop photo with Elephants and Kilimanjaro on the background, then return to the Lodge for Main breakfast. After the breakfast check out the Lodge and drive via the Shaitani lava flow to Tsavo West National Park. Arrive in time for lunch in the Lodge, After lunch go for the whole afternoon game drive until 1830hrs when you will head back to the Kilaguni Lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 9: Tsavo West – Nairobi

On this day you will have early morning game drive before the breakfast at around 0630am, explore the park and then return to the lodge for full breakfast, there after check out the lodge and have the final game drive as you exit the park and head back to Nairobi. You will be dropped back to the hotel,of your choice or back to the airport if your flight is the same night.
