Itinerary
Pick up after the breakfast from your hotel at 0730am. Proceed to Masai Mara Game Reserve with the first stop over at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley which is about 45min from the city center. The stop normally takes about 10-15min. Proceed to Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch. There after proceed for late afternoon game drive in this park, which is essentially the northern extension of Tanzania's Serengeti National Park as an artificial border only separates the two. Dinner and overnight will at the Mara camp or Lodge
After the breakfast proceed for the whole day game drive. The Masai Mara is famous for its lions, elephants, leopard, rhino and buffalo that make the 'big five' though luck is essential for spotting the other two namely which are rather shy and elusive. The park's animal concentration and abundance is second to none. After exploring the park you will proceed to the Mara River where the great Migration of the wildebeest takes place every year, lunch will be served here and our guests are advised not to feed the monkeys. You will be able to see the hippo pool where with luck you may spot crocodiles basking on the rocks. Numerous plains game including antelopes, wildebeest, zebra, Masai giraffe can be seen as well as scavengers like hyena and vulture. After lunch proceed for another game drive as you return to the camp at around 1830hrs. Overnight in the same Camp/Lodge
After the breakfast check out the Lodge and proceed to Nairobi, on this day you can visit the Masai Village but its optional, there after head to Nairobi arriving early afternoon with a drop off to the hotel of your choice.
